At Pelion Natural Soap!, we place great emphasis on the quality of our handmade soaps and your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Conditions
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product is defective or was damaged during transport.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for soaps that have been opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Personalized orders or custom-made products.
- Products purchased on sale or as part of a special offer.
3. Return Process
To submit a return request:
- Send us an email at info@pelionnaturalsoap.gr with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Returns must be sent with secure packaging to avoid further damage during transport.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- In the case of a defective or damaged product, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
